الهيمنة الرأسمالية المتوحشة.. ظهر الفساد في البربما كسبت ايدي الناس والبحر والشعوب المقهورة ليس لها حيز لا برا ولا بحرا؛ فالإنسان يحتاج إلى أحياز وجودية في أبعادها الشمولية. لهذا الشعوب المقهورة ينظر إليها كآلة استهلاكية فـ "بسبب الفساد فإن الديمقراطية تعني مزيدا من انعدام الأمن والأسواق الحرة تعني أن يصبح الأغنياء أكثر غنى على حساب باقي أفراد المجتمع" (متلازمات الفساد الثروة والسلطة والديمقراطية – مايكل جونستون 19 ط 1 العبيكان). لقد تبخر ما كان يسمى بالطبقة المتوسطة وبالتالي أصبحنا بين طبقتين طبقة الغنى الفاحش وطبقة الفقر المدقع؛ وهذ راجع إلى التحرير الاقتصادي وإملاءات البنوك الدولية دون اعتبار للطبقة الكادحة وأسس العدالة "حيث أن التحرير الاقتصادي الكامل من شأنه أن يؤدي إلى إثراء القلة وإفقار الأغلبي ليس إثراء القلة فقط، بل وتركيز الثروة والقوة لديها ؛حيث "تركز الثروة يقود على نحو طبيعي إلى تركز القوة، الأمر الذي يترجم بدوره في التشريع لمصلحة الأثرياء والأقوياء ويزيد بذلك تركز القوة والثروة أكثر . هناك معايير سياسية مختلفة مصممة لزيادة تركيز الثروة والقوة مثل السياسة المالية، وإلغاء قيود التنظيم، ومبادئ سيطرة الشركات، وهذا ما نراه جليا في فترة الليبرالية الجديدة. إنها دورة شريرة، تتقدم بثبات، فالدولة موجودة لتؤمن الأمان والدعم لمصالح قطاعات الأقوياء وأصحاب الامتيازات في المجتمع، فيما تترك بقية الشعب لتختبر الواقع المؤلم للرأسمالية (العالم إلى أين نعوم تشومسكي 197 دار الساقي) " فالشعوب المقهورة يتم ضبطها والسيطرة عليها لتظل سوقا استهلاكية بعيدة عن مراكز القرار السياسي بشكل ممنهج حتى في أعرق الديمقراطيات بالدول المتخلفة "يجب أن يعهد بالحكومات العالمية إلى الأمم الشبعى، فهي لا تبغي لنفسها أكثر مما عندها. ولئن أضحت الحكومة العالمية بين يدي الأمم الجوعى لواجه العالم أخطارا على الدوام…" وينستون تشرشل (إعاقة الديمقراطية، الولايات المتحدة والديمقراطية ـ نعوم تشومسكي 9 مركز دراسات الوحدة العربية ط 2 1998). وفي تصوري عقيدة السيطرة تنبي على جذور ثقافية للسيطرة -هي نفسها تم تلقينها لساسة الدول المتخلفة- هاته الجذور هي أساس الاختلاف بين الشرق والغرب" هناك أساسا طريقتان لملء الفراغ؛ فإما أن ينظر المرء حول قدميه، أي نحو الأرض. وإما أن يرفع بصره نحو السماء؛ فالطريقة الأولى تملأ وحدته بالأشياء حيث يجمح بصره المتسلط لامتلاكها، والطريقة الثانية تملأ وحدته بالأفكار ويبحث عن الحقيقة بنظره المتسائل. هكذا ينشأ عبر الطريقتين نموذجان من الثقافة: ثقافةُ سيطرة ذات جذور تقنية. وثقافة حضارة ذات جذور أخلاقية وغيبية " (مشكلات الحضارة -مشكلة الأفكار في العالم الإسلامي- مالك بن نبي 17-18). ولعل قمة السيطرة والتحكم في الشعوب المقهورة إلىأان تصبح خاضعة إلى حتميات نفسية واجتماعية وسلوكية وثقافية تريدها القوى المهيمنة هو ما تطرق إليه بأسلوب ساخر ونقدي الدوس هكسلى في روايته عالم رائع جديد. كما أن الشعوب المقهورة خاصة في الدول النامية يتم التعامل معها كأشياء أو بالأحرى كدمى يتحكم فيها عن بعد، وهنا استحضر فيلم وست وورلد الذي صدر عام 1973 للروائي الأمریكي مایكل كریتون؛ حيث تدور أحداث الفلم عن دمى شبيهة بالإنسان إلى درجة الاشتباه تعيش في منتزه متقدم تقنيا؛ الأساس من وجودها هو أن تكون في ملك الأثرياء وكل في ملكه يفعل ما يشاء دونما الخوف من انتقام الدمى. لكن ما حدث أن تم فقدان السيطرة على تلك الدمى التي أصبحت تنتقم من معذبيها ومستغليها.. فالمغزى من ذلك في تصوري ان الدول المهيمنة تتعامل مع الدول المتخلفة كدمى والدول المتخلفة تتعامل مع شعوبها المقهورة بنفس الأسلوب، لكن هاته الشعوب المقهورة قد تخسر كل شيء إلا كرامتها هاته الأخيرة مكنتها من اجتثاث العديد من الأنظمة اللاديمقراطية من أجل ترسيخ الديمقراطية لكن قوى الهيمنة في الداخل والخارج حالة دون ذلك مصر كمثال. مقاطعة الشعب المغربي قبلت بالرفض من طرف بعض السياسيين مع الإهانة والاحتقار؛ لأنهمم ينظرون إلى الشعب كدمى استهلاكية وما تزال الشعوب المقهورة تبدع أشكال جديدة في مواجهة الهيمنة الرأسمالية المتوحشة كمقاطعة المنتوجات التي أصبحت تستعصي على القدرة الشرائية؛ كمقاطعة المصريين اللحم حملة "بلاها لحمة" سنة 2015 ومقاطعة التونسيون للأسم ومقاطعة الشعب الجزائري للسيارات "خليها تصدي" ومقاطعة الشعب المغربي لبعض منتجات الحليب "خليه يريب" وبعض المحروقات وبعض المياه المعدنية The savage capitalist hegemony.. There are various political measures designed to increase the concentration of wealth and power such as fiscal policy, deregulation, and corporate control principles, which we see clearly in the neoliberal era. In my view, the doctrine of control is based on cultural roots of control - the same ones that were taught to the politicians of backward countries - these roots are the basis of the difference between East and West. “There are basically two ways to fill the void; either one looks around one’s feet, that is, toward the ground, or one raises one’s eyes toward the sky; the first way fills one’s solitude with things, as one’s domineering gaze runs wild to possess them, and the second way fills one’s solitude with ideas, and one searches for the truth with one’s questioning gaze. Thus, through the two methods, two models of culture emerge: a culture of control with technical roots. And a culture of civilization with moral and metaphysical roots (Problems of Civilization - The Problem of Ideas in the Islamic World - Malek Bennabi 17-18). Perhaps the pinnacle of control and domination over oppressed peoples until they become subject to psychological, social, behavioral and cultural imperatives desired by the dominant powers is what Aldous Huxley touched upon in a sarcastic and critical manner in his novel Brave New World. Oppressed peoples, especially in developing countries, are treated as objects or rather as puppets controlled remotely. Here, I recall the 1973 film Westworld by the American novelist Michael Crichton; the events of the film revolve around dolls that are suspiciously similar to humans and live in a technologically advanced park; the basis of their existence is to be owned by the wealthy and each one in his own property does whatever he wants without fear of revenge from the puppets. But what happened was that control was lost over those puppets, who began to take revenge on their tormentors and exploiters.The point of this, in my opinion, is that the dominant countries deal with the underdeveloped countries as puppets, and the underdeveloped countries deal with their oppressed peoples in the same way, but these oppressed peoples may lose everything except their dignity. The latter enabled them to uproot many undemocratic regimes in order to establish democracy, but the forces of hegemony at home and abroad prevented this. Egypt is an example. The Moroccan people’s boycott was rejected by some politicians with insult and contempt; because they view the people as consumer puppets. Oppressed peoples continue to invent new forms of confronting the savage capitalist hegemony, such as boycotting products that have become beyond purchasing power; such as the Egyptians’ boycott of meat, the “Blahah Lahma” campaign in 2015, the Tunisians’ boycott of the name, the Algerian people’s boycott of cars, “Khaliha Tsiddi,” and the Moroccan people’s boycott of some dairy products, some fuels, and some mineral waters.

After the immigrants from some countries that are experiencing tensions were taking advantage of modern means of communication in order to practice fraud, by sending messages via e-mail or social networking sites to their supposed victims, asking for their help in bringing large sums of money from their countries of origin to Morocco, In exchange for a share of that money, some immigrants took these scams from virtual space to the real world.

Social networks are full of warnings published by Moroccans, who have previously been subject to this fraud, warning against the temptation of “bags of money” that fraud practitioners consider their victims to benefit from, if they manage to bring it into Morocco, as they demand the supposed victim to enable them from a certain amount of money , in order to prepare papers for bringing money into Morocco, and as soon as they get the required amount of money, they disappear from view.

Hespress met an immigrant practicing this type of scam. after an appointment by phone; With an open face and expressions of seriousness, this immigrant from Guinea Conakry said, according to his claim, that he had a large sum of money estimated at more than a million dollars, which he inherited from his father, who was a general and died in a military coup. This immigrant, whom we met in the city of Témara, confirms that he was forced to leave his country because of the unstable conditions it knows, and to come to Morocco in search of someone to help him bring his money into the Kingdom, in order to invest it here; In order to convince his supposed victim, he says that he is looking to buy a café located in a privileged location in the capital, Rabat, before moving to the stage of trying to defraud, by asking the supposed victim to grant him an amount of money he set at 11,000 dirhams.

While calls to beware of the scams practiced by immigrants arriving in Morocco continue, Said Tabbel, former head of the Migration Committee of the Moroccan Association for Human Rights, downplayed the seriousness of this phenomenon, considering that highlighting it comes within the framework of restrictions on immigrants, especially those coming from African countries. south of the desert.
